This phase focused on rebuilding the southern half of the runway and establishing an asphalt transition to the northern half. The demolition process was facilitated by Antigo Construction’s T8600 Badger Breaker, a remote-controlled machine that efficiently rubblizes concrete with minimal dust production, thereby enhancing site safety.
