KAI 360 Construction Services (KAI 360 CS) has been named the inaugural 'PMCM Firm of the Year' by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) North Texas Chapter. This recognition highlights the firm's significant contributions in construction management, particularly through two major projects in the Dallas area.

The award was presented at the 2026 CMAA North Texas Award and Scholarship Gala, held on May 12 at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas. KAI 360 CS, a division of KAI Enterprises, was celebrated for its leadership, service, and innovation within the construction management sector. The firm was recognized for its work on the Zero Carbon Electric Central Utility Plant (eCUP) at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and the Henry W. Longfellow Career Exploration Academy for the Dallas Independent School District. These projects demonstrated KAI 360 CS's ability to manage complex programs from inception to completion.
The eCUP project, a $260 million infrastructure initiative awarded in March 2023 and completed in June 2025, is a pivotal component of DFW Airport’s sustainability efforts. It replaced an aging steam distribution system with a more efficient hot water network. KAI's responsibilities included construction sequencing, cost tracking, schedule analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders such as the FAA and TSA.
Similarly, the Henry W. Longfellow Career Exploration Academy was a significant project under the Dallas ISD’s 2020 Bond Program. Awarded in January 2021 and completed in September 2025, this $63.8 million project provided a modern learning environment for 650 students, incorporating academic, fine arts, and technical education facilities. KAI 360 CS ensured the project adhered to budget and schedule constraints, providing essential oversight from pre-design through to completion.
