Webuild and Hyundai E&C Form Joint Ventures for Global Infrastructure

Italy's Webuild and South Korea's Hyundai Engineering and Construction (E&C) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on port, airport, defense infrastructure, and green energy projects. They will create dedicated joint ventures for projects under PPP, EPC, or Design & Build models. The partnership aims to expand Hyundai E&C's international presence and help Webuild target high-growth niche sectors. They will focus on contracts in Asia Pacific and North America, regions with rising demand for advanced infrastructure.
