Studio Ahead Completes Custom Suite on World's Largest Private Yacht

Studio Ahead has finished outfitting a residential suite aboard The World, the largest private residential yacht, measuring 644 feet (196 meters). The suite's interiors were installed in stages as the yacht traveled globally. The client, a biotech entrepreneur, requested a home-like design contrasting typical nautical themes. The suite features an all-green fiberglass kitchen, crafted with Vavo Projects, marking the material's first use beyond sculptural furniture. Rounded walnut furniture, Moroccan tile accents, and custom textiles create a warm, inviting atmosphere. A bespoke bookshelf with a sliding panel conceals a television and bar, enhancing functionality within the 3,000-square-foot space. The World yacht operates like a condominium complex, allowing residents to embark or disembark at various ports along its predetermined itinerary.
