Reds10 has appointed Ryan Geldard as CEO, with founder Paul Ruddick moving to CEO of Reds10 Group. Ruddick will oversee nine businesses within the group while continuing as chairman. Geldard, formerly Managing Director – Offsite, now leads day-to-day operations. Reds10 reported £144.7m revenue and a 4.8% operating margin for 2024/25. The company aims to grow revenue to £500m and expand into healthcare, affordable housing, and temporary accommodation sectors. Reds10 manufactures all buildings off-site at its Driffield, East Yorkshire facility, operating five factories totaling 300,000 sq ft. The restructure supports Reds10's goal to industrialise construction and embed AI across operations, focusing on sustainable, high-quality buildings for public sectors including defence, education, justice, and health.
