BNP Paribas Asset Management has appointed McLaren Construction as the lead contractor for the ambitious redevelopment of the former BBC Elstree Studios site. The project aims to deliver a state-of-the-art facility featuring five sound stages with a combined stage space of approximately 100,000 sq ft, significantly expanding the site's production capacity.
